Its little things that give this away. When I say little things, they are actually quite important factors. For example there are so many websites that do not have a phone number. They only have an email address. If im going to place an order for $500 or more, I want to be able to speak to someone if I need to discuss my order. Also even if they do have a phone number, sometimes that number will just ring out.
Also some of these companies advertise that their cartridges last longer than the genuine cartridges. This is impossible as you cant insert a bigger cartridge into the printer. They have to be the same size. Its like a petrol station telling me to use a special unleaded fuel and it will give me 30% more km's. This is just not true.
Im not saying not to buy online, im just saying you have to be careful these days. Also keep an eye on delivery charges, credit card surcharges and other hidden fees.
After speaking to a few wholesalers, they do not support these business's in any way as they are often just a person working from home with no product knowledge at all.
